At CareBeauty Hub, we prioritize customer satisfaction and strive to deliver high-quality services. However, please note the following refund policies:


1. Services

  • Refunds are not applicable once a service has been availed or completed.
  • If you are dissatisfied with a service, please inform us immediately, and we will make every effort to address your concerns.

2. Prepaid Appointments

  • Prepaid appointment bookings are non-refundable.
  • If you wish to reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance, and we will adjust your appointment without additional charges.

3. Products

  • Refunds on products purchased from our salon are only applicable if:
    • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
    • The return request is made within 7 days of purchase, accompanied by the receipt.
  • Refunds for defective or damaged products will be processed upon verification.

4. Packages and Memberships

  • Refunds for packages or memberships are not available. However, unused sessions can be transferred or adjusted upon prior approval.

5. Payment Discrepancies

  • In case of any payment discrepancies or errors, please contact us immediately. Refunds or adjustments will be processed after verification.

6. Mode of Refund

  • Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
